Environmental Control Board <br />The Board of County Commissioners reconvened as the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board. The minutes will be <br />approved at an upcoming Environmental Control Board meeting. <br />15.C.1. 18-1922 Approval of Minutes Meeting of May 8, 2018 <br />Recommended Action: Approve <br />Attachments: 05082018 ECB <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner Zorc, <br />to approve the Environmental Control Board Minutes of May 8, 2018 as written. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />15.C.2. 19-0220 Satisfaction and Release of Environmental Control Hearing Board Lien <br />Recommended Action: The County Attorney's Office recommends the Board authorize the Chairman <br />to execute the Release and Satisfaction for recordation in the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Release and Satisfaction- Dixon <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />15.C.3. 19-0219 Resolution Delegating Certain Authority to the Environmental Control <br />Officer to Satisfy and Release Environmental Control Hearing Board <br />Liens <br />Recommended Action: The County Attorney's Office recommends the Board approve a resolution delegating <br />certain authority to the Environmental Control Officer to satisfy and release an <br />Environmental Control Hearing Board Lien. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Resolution for Authorization to Satisfy and Release Liens <br />Commissioner O'Bryan sought and received confirmation from staff that the <br />Environmental Control Officer would only release an Environmental Control <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
