Board of County Commissioners Preliminary Budget Hearing Meeting Minutes - Final September 15, 2021 <br />Aye <br />Emergency Services District <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams, to approve the tentative budget of $18,513,052 for the Transportation <br />Fund. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />5 - Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, <br />Commissioner Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />21-0815 Proposed millage is 2.3531 and is 3.52% above rolled back rate of 2.2730. There being no speakers, the <br />Chairman closed the hearing. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Earman, seconded by Vice Chairman <br />O'Bryan, to adopt the tentative millage rate of 2.3531, 3.52% above the rolled <br />back rate of 2.2730 for the Emergency Services District.
