n_E_S_0.;_U_T I O_U <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board or County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the said Board does herewith <br />independently regulate the hours of Salo of alcoholic beverages <br />within the territory of Indian River County, Florida, not <br />Included within any municipality as follows, to-wtt: <br />1- 110 alcoholic bovoragon, that in, all beverages con- <br />taining more than 1% or alcohol by weight, may be cold, consumed <br />or served or permitted to be served or consumed in any place <br />holding a license under the State Beverage Department of Florida <br />between the hours of midnight and 7:00 of clock A.M. of the fol- <br />lowing day. <br />2- NO intoXioating beverages, that is, those liquors, <br />wines and boors containing more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight, <br />may be sold, cOnswa0d or served or permitted to be served or con- <br />sumed in any Place holding a Itconvo under the State Boverago <br />Department of Florida between 12:00 oiclock midnight Saturday an <br />Id <br />7:00 ovelock A.M. Monday. <br />The above regulation of the houra of sale of alcoholic <br />beverages within Indian River County borowith adopted boing the <br />same regulation as that provided by the Beverage Laws of the <br />State of Florida. <br />BE IT FMTMR RESOLVEl, that this regulation Shall become <br />OffOctIvQ November 1, 1950, at 12:01 A.M. <br />
