<br />WHURRAS, pursuant to Chapter 22079, Laws of Florida, the
<br />City of Vero Beach, by its Resolution, did request the Board of
<br />County Oomicsionora of Indian River County, Florida, to dedicate
<br />the following described property and other I"n situated In the
<br />Oity of Vero Beach, Indian River county, Florida, as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />The West one-half of Lot 37, Block 2, Vero Beach
<br />instates, according to plat filed in the office of
<br />the Clork of the Circuit Court of St. Lucia County,
<br />Florida, in Plat Book 5, Pago 8;
<br />for public use and purposes; and,
<br />YMEREAS, pursuant to such roquost, tho Board of County
<br />Coomissioncro of Indian River County, Florida, did, b{f Its 1108olu-
<br />t1on, dodioato tho above described oroperty for such uaotj and pur-
<br />poses by the City of Vero Beach, Florida; and,
<br />Y'.'JERBAS, the 01t,T of Vero Boach, Florida, having no
<br />present nor Prospective need or use for the above described pro-
<br />perty for public uses and purposes and donlring to evidence such
<br />fact and to release its Interest In said property under such
<br />dedication to the on(] that said above described property may be
<br />sold or otherwise disposed of by the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, as tf said dedication had not
<br />boon made; Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit,
<br />y Council of the City of Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, that Its Resolution horoinboforo mentioned insofar

<br />the same is herewith revoked, Provided, however, said R000lution
<br />shall remain In full force and effect as to all other nroPorty
<br />described therein.

<br />or claim hold by It In and to said horottiabovo dosoribed Property
<br />by reason of such dedication and (loon herewith authorize and
<br />request the Board of County Coituritaoionors of Indian River County,
