R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N <br />WHEREAS, due notice by publication thermof has been <br />given that the County Assessor of taxes of Indian River County, <br />Florida, would meet with the Board cf County Commissioners on the <br />5th day of August, 1952, and would at such time present the tax <br />absenamont roll of said County for the year 1952 for equalization <br />as will appear by proof of publication of such notice recorded In <br />the minutes of and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, the said County Tax <br />Asneanor did meet with the Board of County Commissionors of Indian <br />River County, Florida, on the 5th day of Atigust, 1952, at the hour <br />or 10:00 o'clock A.M. In the Clerk's office In the Indian River <br />County Courthousop Vero Beach, Plorlda, at which time It WSS <br />determined that the tax **s***X*nt roll of said County for the <br />year 1952 was not complato and thereupon the said board did <br />*djourn to August 11, 1952, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. and at said lost <br />mentioned date the said County Tax Assessor did woot with the, <br />Board of County Cozoalsolonaro In the Cldrk's Office, in the Indian <br />River County Courthouse, Vora Beach, ?lortdsp and did present the <br />tax eseessaent roll of said County forr Ukle year 1952 and the <br />Board or county Cowslastaners has at this time eonvoned as a <br />Board or squaittation ror tto p�irposs of examining said roll and <br />of recolving oowplalrA3 and tvatimony with regard to the iwte and <br />with regard 'to the valuta or any property, real or personal, to <br />fixed by the County Aam6s3or of taxes upon such roll; and, <br />WHEHEAS, tttu hoard or County Commissioners has received <br />such complaints and such testimony offered, if any, and has <br />examined and reviewed said assessment roll and has found it un - <br />necessary to increase the valuation of any property shown thereon <br />and has found such assessment roll to be correct; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian Rivor County, Florida, does herewith find the tax assese- <br />ment roll of said County as presented for the year 1952 to be <br />equal and just and does herewith approve, ratify and confirm the <br />same. <br />9 <br />11 <br />
