i 12 <br />R 9 S -0 L U T—I 0 N <br />I <br />ij WHEREAS, all acts having been performed and all pro- <br />ooedings had as required by law preliminary to the levy of taxes <br />J! In Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1952; and, <br />WHEREAS, the respective Boards and taxing districts <br />j!being authorized to fix and levy taxes upon property situated <br />izwithin Indian River County, Florida, as provided by law, fixed <br />such tax levies and have certified the same to the Board of County <br />Z:Comiissioners and this Board having accepted the same and having <br />found them to be proper; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1. Estimates having been made by the Board of Commis - <br />ii sioners of INDIAN RIVER MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT, and a certified <br />'i copy of the Resolution filed wd th this Board, as required by law, <br />and as estimated by the Board of Commissioners, it is determined <br />and hereby declared that a tax rate of Six and five -tenths (6-5) <br />mills upon the dollar be levied, and Is hereby fixed and assessed <br />for the year 1952, on all of the property taxable for such purpose <br />as provided by law in the County of Indian River, lying and being <br />.within the boundaries of said Indian River Mosquito Control Dis- <br />trict, the boundaries of said District being described as follows, <br />to -wit: All of that territory In Indian River County, Florida, <br />included with the boundaries described as follows, to -wit: Begin <br />at a point where the South boundary line of Indian River County, <br />Florida, Intersects the Atlantic Ocean; thence run West along the <br />South boundary line of Indian River County, Florida, to the South- <br />west corner of Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 36 East; thence <br />run North along the range line dividing Range 35 East and Range 36 <br />East to the Northwest comer of Section 6, Township 33 South, <br />Range 36 East, and which corner is on the boundary line dividing <br />Township 32 South and Township 33 South; thence run East on the <br />boundary line dividing Township 33 South and Township 32 South to <br />the Southwest corner of Section 36, Township 32 South, Range 38 <br />East; thence run North to the Northwest corner of Section 36, Town- <br />
