0 <br />E <br />67 — <br />i <br />r <br />1 E 8 0 L U T 1 0 N � <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, after tentatively aseer- <br />11 taining the proposed fiscal policies of the Hoard. of County Com - <br />1 <br />I'1misaioners of Indian River County for the ensuing fiscal year, <br />1 <br />did prepare and present to the Hoard a tentative budget for the <br />ensuing fiscal year for each of the funds as provided by law for <br />the annual budget of the Board of County Commissioner$ of Indian <br />River County, Florida, including all estimated receipts, taxes to <br />s <br />be levied and balances expected to be brought forth and all esti- <br />mated expenditures, reserves and balances to be carried over at <br />the end of the year; and, <br />r <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did receive <br />and examine said tentative budget for each fund and did require <br />such changes to be m de as the Hoard did deem necessary and the <br />h Auditorts estimate of receipts other than taxes and aV balances i <br />to be brought forward not having been revised; and, <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of said tentative budget and the <br />completion of all revisions, this Board did prepare a statement <br />summarizing all of the tentative budgets showing for each budget <br />and the total of all budgets the proposed tax millages, the <br />balances, the reserves and the total of each major classification <br />of receipts and expenditures, classified according to the classi- <br />fication of accounts proscribed by the Comptroller of the State of <br />Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did cause said summary statement to <br />be advertised one time in a newspaper of general circulation pub- <br />lished in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: In the issue of <br />,August 28, 1952, of the Vena Beach Press Journal, as will more <br />fully appear by proof of publication thereof filed in the minutes <br />of this Board; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did meet at the time and place <br />r <br />stated in said advertisement for the purpose of hearing requests <br />vl' <br />and complaints from the public regarding the budgets and for the <br />i <br />z <br />
