,13,C r <br />i <br />R E 3 0 L U T I 0 N <br />WHEREAS, due notice by publication thereof has been <br />given that the County Assessor of Taxes of Indian River County, <br />Florida, would meet with the Board of County Commissioners on the <br />7th day of July, 1953, and would at such time present thax � <br />assessment roll of said County for the year 1953 for equalization,?) <br />as will appear by proof of publication of such notice recorded in <br />the minutes of this meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor did meet with the Board <br />of County Commissioners at the time and place specified in said <br />notice and it did appear that said tax assessment roll was not <br />complete and said board did then and there adjourn to 9:00 o'clock. <br />A.M. July 24, 1953, to convene at said time as a board of equali- <br />zation; and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice and adjournment, the <br />County Tax Assessor did meet with the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, on the 24th day of July, 1953, at <br />the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M. in the Clerk's Office in the Indian <br />River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, and the Board of <br />County Commissioners has, at said time, convened as a board of <br />equalization for the purpose of examining said roll and of re- <br />ceiving complaints and testimony with regard to the same and with <br />regard to the value of any property, real or personal, as fixed <br />by the County Assessor of Taxes upon such roll; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received <br />such complaints and such testimony offered, if any, and has <br />examined and reviewed said assessment roll and has found it un- <br />necessary to increase the valuation of any property shown thereon <br />and has found such assessment roll to be correct; Noll, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, does herewith find the tax assess- <br />ment roll of said County as presented for the year 1953 to be <br />equal and just and does herewith approve, ratify and confirm the <br />same. <br />MITCHELL, SMITH & MITCHELL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />
