Rountree <br />has <br />filed her petition with this <br />I <br />a M <br />Board praying for a VOPY."allce'to'her of th`6 property hereinafter described; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered <br />the same and It appears to the satisfaction of said Board that the property <br />hereinafter described constituted the homestead of C. W. Ryall and his <br />Widow and the Petitioner, Mary 1,_ Rountree, and that a failure to approve <br />said petition would work a severe hardship upon the Petitioner; and, <br />WIYERrAS, this Board has determined that all of the taxes have <br />been assessed, levied and paid against said property and that there are no <br />omitted or unpaid taxes and that Tax Sale Certificate No. 1, sale of 1939 for <br />1938 taxes, and Tax Sale Certificate No. 5, sale of 1942 for 1941 taxes, were`; <br />in fact double assessments against said property and issued in error; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the petition of Mary E. Rountree for the <br />conveyance to her of the following described lands, situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 7 (less . 75 A. to Patchen Inv. Co, et at) D. Bk. <br />1, pp. 154, Hudson's Subdivision (comprising part <br />of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, <br />and North half of Lot 1, Section 31, Township 30 <br />South, Range 38 East),, <br />at and for a total purchase price of $25.00 is herewdi approved; and, <br />BE IT VURTHEI[I RESOLVED that Indian River County, Florida, <br />acting by and through Its Board of County Commissioners, upon the payment <br />to the Clerk hereof of the sum of $25.00, shall convey to Mary E.
