R E S O L U T I O N
<br />Whereas, Indian River County, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, brought a suit
<br />to foreclose certain tax certificates, the suit having
<br />been filed January 29, 19LLt�, under Chancery No. 2398
<br />in the Circuit Court in and for Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and
<br />Whereas, the said suit foreclosed certain
<br />tax certificates, including tax certificate No. 15219
<br />of the sale of 1941 for 1940 taxes, and Tax Certificate
<br />No. 2681., sale of 1942 for 1941 taxes covering property
<br />described as:
<br />Tract 6, Section 14, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East, according to last general
<br />plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company
<br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the
<br />Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
<br />in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now
<br />lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida,
<br />and, whereas, a Final Decree was entered in the said
<br />County foreclosure, dated Aug. It[, 1944, recorded August liL,
<br />19100, in Circuit Order Book 11, page 155, public records
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, decreeing the fee simple
<br />title to the above described lands to be vested in Indian
<br />River County, Florida; and
<br />Whereas, Indian River County, Florida, by
<br />County Deed No. 277, dated Nov. 4, 1947, recorded Nov. l.j.,
<br />1947, in Deed Book 8, page 321, public records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, conveyed to Indian River Farms
<br />Drainage District, the following described property,
