page �threo <br />The West 30 acres of Tract 6 (above described) <br />and, by Special Warranty Deed dated January 1-, 1951, recorded <br />January 22, 1951, in Deed Book 63, page 389, public records <br />of Indian River County, Florida, <br />The East 10 acres of Tract 6 (above described) <br />and he is, still, the owner and holder of these two parcels of <br />land, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith <br />find and determine, as follows: <br />1. That a request has been made by John W. Stellmort <br />for a deed covering that parcel of property that was not included <br />in the two deeds which have been conveyed to the Indian River <br />Farms Drainage District, which is more specifically described <br />as follows: <br />The West .43 acres of the East 10.113 acres <br />of Tract 6, Section 11�, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, according to last general <br />plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now lying <br />and being In Indian River County, Florida. <br />2. That there was an error made when the above <br />deeds were prepared and it was the intention of this Board that <br />all of said `Bract 6, as above described, should have been conveyed. <br />3. That John W. Stellmon, being the apparent <br />record owner, is entitled to a deed to the above described parcel. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Board is hereby <br />authorized to execute a deed to John W. Stellmon covering the <br />property described as: <br />
