RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Statutes of Florida provide that the tax assess- <br />ment rolls of the County shall, on or before the first Monday in July of each <br />year, be submitted by the Assessor to the Board of County Commissioner@ <br />for the purpose of hearing complaints and receiving testimony as to the value <br />of any property as fixed by the County Assessor and of perfecting, reviewing <br />and equalizing the assessment: and, <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of the many changes In ownership of real <br />property during the past year and of the many changes in values of real prop- <br />erty in this County during the past year, the Assessor has requested an ex- <br />jE <br />tension of time for the filing of said tax assessment roll; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith extend the thric <br />for the completion of said tax assessment roll and the equalization meeting <br />and for said purpose this Board will meet on the firat7��­ In August, 1956. <br />pt <br />
