Carter has served the citizens of this County <br />over a period of many years as a valued citizen and particularly as an <br />engineer and surveyor who laid out and established much of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to express to Mrs. Carter and <br />the members of his family the acknowledgment by this Board of his many <br />valued services to this County and its citizens; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith convey to Mrs. <br />Carter and the members of the family of 11. D. Carter its deepfelt loss of <br />the services of a fine citizen of this County in Mr. Carter's death; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies hereof he <br />�. furnished to Mrs. R. D. Carter, to E. E. Carter, to Mrs. Blanche Wilcox <br />and to the members of the Press and Radio. <br />
