R_E30LU.T I0N <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find <br />and determine as follows: <br />1. That William L. Bidlingmayor and Moffie S. Bidling- <br />mayer, his wife, filed a Petition before this Board on the 4th <br />day of 'December, 1956, at a meeting of said Board, requesting <br />this Board to adopt a Resolution closing, vacating and abandoning <br />the road or street and renouncing and relinquishing the rights of <br />Indian River County, Florida, or the public, in and to all that <br />part of a certain road situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />described as follows: <br />All that part of that certain road described <br />in Deed Book 91, page 493, in the office of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that lies South of the South <br />line of the North 10 acres of the Northeast <br />quarter of the Northeast quarter in Section 31, <br />Township 33 South, Range 1�0 East, and ALSO, <br />All that portion of said above described road <br />over, on and across the North 8 chains of the <br />Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of <br />Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40 Fast. <br />P. That this Board has published Notice thereof one time <br />in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in Indian River County, Florida, said publication being pub- <br />lished at least two weoka prior to the date stated therein for <br />such public hearing. <br />3. That the part of said road above described is not a <br />State or Federal road maintained by the State of Florida and that <br />said street, road or hiphway delineated on any recorded map or <br />plat is not located within the incorporated limits of any minici- <br />pality and is located in Indian River County, Florida. <br />14.
