- - i <br />APP 2 <br />RESOLUTION �.. ,. /U <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River Farm!: Drainage District is the owner j <br />of the property hereinafter described; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of said District that said tract be held, <br />owned and used by this District and by Indian River County, Florida, in <br />order to provide an area for fill for public use within said District; Now, <br />It therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Indian River <br />Farms Drainage District that the President and Secretary are herewith <br />authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver a deed of conveyance <br />of an undivided one-half interest in and to the following described land, <br />i <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 3 in Section 34, Township 33 .South, Range 3A Bast, <br />according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian <br />River Farms Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat <br />Book 2, page 25; <br />and said officers are authorized and directed to make said deed subject to i <br />all of the usual ter►ns and conditions of conveyances of said lands in said <br />section by this District in the forni and manner as set forth and contained in <br />the deed submitted herewith and hereby approved, without consideration <br />1 <br />other than the fact that said lands shall be jointly held by said County and <br />this District for the purposes recited above. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />I, Wiley F.
