57-/7 <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, a politi�al sub -division of the State of <br />Florida, did acquire the lands hereinafter described for delinquent taxes <br />under the provisions of Sect ton 194.47 Florida Statutes and thereafter the <br />same was described and recorded in the book designated "County Lands <br />Acquired for Delinquent Taxes" on file in the Office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of said County; and <br />WHEREAS, the lands hereinafter described had been through the process <br />and procedure of public notice and public sale to the highest and best bidder <br />and a deed of conveyance Issued by Indian River County, Florida and the <br />proceeds of said sale received by said County; and <br />WHEREAS, such deed of conveyance is invalid because one of the pur- <br />chasers at said public sale and in said deed from this County was the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of this County; and <br />WHEREAS, the deed from this County was to M. W. Knight, Ralph Harris <br />and J. Douglas Baker dated November 27, 1950, recorded in Deed Book 63, <br />Page 431, who did thereafter convey a Drainage Easement to the State of <br />Florida by deed recorded In Deed Book 83, Page 175 and who did thereafter <br />by deed dated January 18, 1955 recorded in Deed Book 93, Page 259 convey <br />all of the lands hereinafter described to Maurice Schwartz, who is the <br />record grantee of said purchasers from the County, <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that a proper conveyance of <br />the lands hereinafter described shall be made by Indian River <br />County without public notice or without further consideration <br />to Maurice Schwartz, Midway Trailer Gardens, South U. S. #1, <br />Vero Beach, Florida , and the Chairman and Clerk of this Board <br />are herewith authorized and directed to [Hake, execute and <br />deliver said deed of conveyance in the form presented herewith <br />and hreby approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the lands to be so con- <br />veyed are the following described lands situated in Indian River <br />County described as follows, to -wit: <br />MITCHELL, SMITH 6 MITCHELL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />
