--r/ <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, due notice by publication thereof has been given that <br />I <br />the County Assessor of Taxes of Indian River County, Florida, would meet <br />with the Board of County Commissioners on the 5th day of August, 1958, and <br />would at such time present the tax assessment roll of said County for the year <br />1958 for equalization, as will appear by proof of publication of such notice <br />I <br />recorded in the minutes of this meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, the County Tax Assessor <br />did meet with the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />I� <br />Florida, on the 5th day of August, 1958, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A. M. In <br />I � <br />the office of said Board in the Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, j <br />Florida, and the Board of County Commissioners has, at said time, convened <br />i <br />as a board of equalization for the purpose of examining said roll and of re- <br />ceiving complaints and testimony with regard to the same and with regard to <br />i <br />the value of any property, real or personal, as fixed by the County Assessor <br />of Taxes upon said roll; and, <br />WHEREAS, the said Board of County Commissioners convened <br />as a board of equalization did continue in session from time to time until this <br />meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received <br />such complaints and such testimony offered, if any, and has examined and <br />1 reviewed said assessment roll and has found it unnecessary to increase the <br />valuation of any property shown thereon and has found such assessment roll <br />Ito be correct; Now, therefore, <br />; <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, does herewith find the tax assessment roll of <br />i <br />said County as presented for the year 1958 to be equal and just and does here- <br />with approve, ratify and confirm the same. <br />MITCHELL.
