R E S 0 L U T ION <br />• <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necessary to meet the <br />expenditures of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />• • Florida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1959, pursuant to the <br />budget of said Board as heretofore published and approved, is as herein- <br />after levied and that the tax rate as hereinafter shown and set forth be <br />and it is hereby levied on all taxable property in Indian River County, <br />Florida, for the year 1958 with the rate hereinafter set out, to -wit: <br />1. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the General <br />Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Seven and <br />One-tenth (7.1) mills upon the dollar be levied and hereby imposed. <br />2. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Road and <br />Bridge Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />Three and Five -tenths (3.5) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby <br />imposed. <br />3. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Fine & <br />Forfeiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />Two and Eight -tenths (2.8) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby <br />imposed. <br />4. In order to provide funds to the Indian River County Public <br />Health Unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />Five -tenths (.5) mill upon the dollar be levied, assessed and is hereby <br />imposed upon all the property lying and being in the County of Indian <br />River, the proceeds of which when collected shall be paid to the State <br />Treasurer of the State of Florida for the account of the State Board of <br />Health of the State of Florida to be expended by said State Board of <br />Health as provided by Chapter 154, Florida Statutes. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Assessor of Indian River <br />County, Florida, be and he is hereby directed to assess and levy all of <br />
