O <br />! RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of ludian River <br />County, Florida, did obtain for the use and benefit of the State Road Depart- <br />ment of Florida the right of way for State Roar: A IA in Indian River County, <br />Florida, designated Job 88070-2102; and, <br />WHEREAS, in the course of obtaining said right of way the County did <br />agree with the affected property owners that in exchange for their conveyance, <br />i <br />of the right of way required for the above job, that the County would vacate <br />and abandon all that part of the former existing road paralleling or approxi- <br />mately paralleling the new right of way for the reason that these parts of <br />I <br />said old right of way are no longer required and in consideration thereof, <br />the affected property owners did convey said right of way without charge; <br />Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith now request the State <br />Road Department of Florida to disclaim to Indian River County, Florida, all <br />that part of the old right of way which does not now constitute a part of the <br />new right of way as to the parts thereof paralleling or approximarely <br />�! paralleling the new right of way in order that the County may vacate and <br />abandon that part so that it will revert to the abutting property owners. <br />I <br />MITCHELL, SMITH d MITCHELL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO nrACH, FLORIDA <br />
