EXHIBIT A
experience behavior, attachment and /or mental health problems. Through this intervention
children who have experienced toxic stress will be able to develop normally, but their parents will
build their capacity to be the best parent they can be by recognizing how their past experiences
influences the way they parent their children. These services are provided in the child's natural
environment (home or their childcare center). We are working in collaboration with Early Learning
Coalition and Child Resource Center. We currently have therapists embedded at the following
childcare centers: Childcare Resources, For Kids Only, Cradles to Crayons, Learning Nest, and
TLC. Tykes & Teens provides also provides Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation
(IECMHC) at the childcare centers that we collaborate with. The goal of IECMHC is to promote a
cultural change around promoting social -emotional skills in very young children. The projected
number of children to be served is ninety-five (95).
