RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the following -described property: <br />East 10 acres of Tract 10 and the South 5 acres of West 10 acres <br />of Tract 10, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian <br />River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />page 25, said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, <br />is presently owned by the State of Florida acting by and through the Trustees of <br />the Internal Improvement Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners acting by and for the <br />County of Indian River, State of Florida, desires that the above-described <br />property be dedicated by the State of Florida for public purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to administer <br />the regulation and use of said land for public purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the following State tax certificates by number and date <br />of sale are herewith set forth: <br />Certificate No. 550 ---------------------July 5, 1926 <br />Certificate No. 4669-------------------- September 4, 1933 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE, D by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />That the following -described property: <br />East 10 acres of Tract 10 and the South 5 acres of West 10 acres <br />of Tract 10, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian <br />River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />page 25, said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, <br />is hereby requested to be dedicated for public purposes. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />That the intended public use for said land is for fishing, hunting, and <br />recreational purposes. <br />
