Graves, Jr., has elected to <br />retire from public service after serving for twenty (20) years as a member of <br />o <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, the said W. C. Craves, Jr., has faithfully and honorably <br />4 <br />served the people of Indian River County, Florida, for a longer period of <br />time than any other person has ever held that office, and, <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that public; recognition be given <br />to him for his faithful and untiring service above and beyond the normal <br />duties required of that office; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, both in their official capacity as representative of <br />the people of Indian River County and personally and individually that this <br />Board does herewith express the thanks, gratitude and appreciation of the <br />Board and the: individual members thereof for tine record of service to the <br />people of this County as established by the Honorable W. C. Graves, Jr. , on <br />this, the occasion of his retirement from public office; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy hereof shall be <br />furnished to the Honorable W. C. Graves, Jr., and to the press and radio, <br />MITCHELL, SMITH 6 MITCHELL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO BEACK FLORIDA <br />
