R._ESULU rt9N <br />I I <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, after tentatively ascertaining the <br />proposed fiscal policies of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />r <br />River County, Florida, for the fiscal year commencing on the i st day of <br />October, 1959, and ending on the 30th day of September, 1960, did prepare <br />and present to the board of County Commissioners a tentative budget for <br />said fiscal year for each of the funds therein as provided by law, including <br />all estimated receipts, taxes to be levied and balances expected to be brought <br />forth and all estimated expenditures, reserves and balances to be carried <br />i <br />over at the end of the year; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did receive and examine said tentative <br />budget for each fund and did require such changes to be made as the Board <br />did deem necessary and the auditor's estimate of receipts other than taxes <br />and of balances to be brought forward not having been revised, this Board <br />did prepare a statement summarizing all of the tentative budgets showing for <br />, <br />each budget in the total of all budgets the proposed tax miilages, the balances, <br />j the reserves and the total of each major classification of receipts and expen- <br />ditures, classified according to the classification of accounts prescribed by <br />the Comptroller of the State of Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did cause said summary statement to be <br />advertised one time in a newspaper of general circulation published in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: In the issue of July 23, 1959, of the Vero <br />Beach Press Journal, as will more fully appear by proof of publication there -i <br />of filed in the minutes of this Board; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did meet at the time :and place stated in <br />said advertisement for the purpose of hearing requests and complaints from <br />the public regarding the budgets and for the purpose of bolding a public <br />hearirg and making whatever revisions in the budget it may deem necessary; <br />Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith tentatively adopt the <br />SMITN, DIAMOND d HEATH, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO REACII, FLORIDA <br />
