BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of County Coiwiiisaioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necessary to meet the expenditures of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year endinL., September 30, 1961, pursuant to the budget of said Board as heretofore published and approved, is as hereinafter levied and that the tax rate as hereinafter shown and set forth be and it is hereby levied on all taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1960 with the rate hereinafter set out, to -w -it. 1. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the General Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Six and Nine -tenths (6.9) mills upon the dollar be levied and hereby imposed. 2. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Road and Bridge Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Five N and Two-tenths (5.2) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby imposed. 3. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Fine and For- feiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Two and Seventy -Five hundredths (2.75) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby :biiposed. 4. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Capital Outlay Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of One-half (.5) mill upon the dollar be levied and is hereby imposed. 5. In order to provide funds to the Indian River County Public Health Unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Seventy -Five Hundredths (.75) [All upon the dollar be levied, assessed and is hereby imposed upon all the property lyint.,and being in the County of Indian River, the proveeds of which when collected shall be paid to the State Treasurer of the State of Florida for the account of the State board of Health of the State oE Florida to be expended by said State Board of Health as provided by Chapter 154, Florida Statutes.
