RESOLUTION NO. 61- 28 <br />WHEREAS, Ben Walker has appeared before this Board requesting <br />a right of way for property owned by him lying West of the Florida East Coast <br />Railway right of way on what would be an extension of Kingsbury Road East <br />across the railway to present U. S. 1, including a private crossing; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith endorse and <br />approve said request and urges the railway to grant to Ben Walker and the <br />I other affected property owners a private railway crossing for such purpose. <br />
