a <br />Homer Fletcher, Tax Assessor of Indian River <br />County, Plorida, requested that he be allowed to amend <br />his current budget during the month of December, 1961, <br />in order that any unexpended balances then remaining <br />in the salaries account and the other expense accounts <br />shall be transferred to the property card system account. <br />Upon motion by Commissioner A ddell , <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers , and unanimously <br />carried, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that Homer Fletcher, Tax Assessor of Indian <br />River County, Florida, be and he is herewith <br />and hereby allowed to amend his annual budget <br />for the year January 1, 1961, to December 31, <br />1961, during the month of December, 1961, in <br />order that any unexpended balances then remain- <br />ing in the salaries account and the other ex- <br />pense accounts shall be transferred to the <br />property card system account. <br />
