August 15, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, August 15, 1995, <br />at 9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran B. <br />Adams, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and John <br />W. Tippin. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and P. J. <br />Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Macht called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Tippin led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Macht requested the addition of Item 13-A, <br />discussion regarding meeting to designate Channel 13 as official <br />emergency channel. <br />Commissioner Adams requested the addition of Item 13-B, an <br />announcement regarding Jungle Trail's designation as a historic <br />trail. <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition of Item 13-C, <br />discussion regarding parking and access for utilities department <br />payments. <br />Commissioner Eggert requested -the addition of Item 13-D, an <br />announcement of Congressman Dave, Weldon's Export Conference and <br />Workshop. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to the Agenda. <br />AUGUST 15, 1995 xv. 91U <br />
