,I <br />RE SOLUT 1 ON 4) <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that Indian River County hereby grants <br />permanent easement to the Sebastian River Drainage District and its <br />Board of Supervisors to construct a canal, known as Lateral "C" canal <br />0 on the Plan of Reclaimation of the Sebastian River Drainage District, <br />u <br />accross the right-of-way of the West Wabasso Road in Township 31 South, <br />Range 38 East, and to have and to hold the right forever, to recon- <br />struct, alter and maintain said Lateral "C" canal for the use of the <br />Sebastian River Drainage District. <br />
