COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR MATTERS <br />11.A. 21-0840 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Indian River County and Teamsters, <br />Local Union No. 769 - FY21/22 General Wage Increase <br />Recommended action: Staff respectfully recommends approval of general wage increase of $.75 per hour <br />or 4%, whichever is greater, for employees represented by the Teamsters, Local <br />Union No. 769 effective the first full pay period in October 2021 and requests the <br />Board authorize its Chairman to sign the second amendment to Article 33 - Wages <br />of the collective bargaining agreement providing for the general wage increase. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Second Amendment to Article 33 - Wages <br />Exhibit A <br />County Administrator Jason Brown presented the relative details of the Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement between the County and the Teamsters Local Union No. <br />769, including a proposed 4% general wage increase or .75 cents per hour, <br />whichever was greater.
