ATTACHMENT B <br />RESOLUTION 2021- 076 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ESTABLISHING REVISED INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES (IRCDUS) RATE <br />SCHEDULE <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") has <br />the authority to establish rates and fees pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 125; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board desires to modify the IRCDUS rates, fees and charges where <br />appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />1. The Indian River County Board of County Commissioners adopts the attached Indian River <br />County Department of Utility Services rate schedule (see Exhibit "A"). <br />2. The effective date of the fees contained in the Indian River County Department of Utility <br />Services fee schedule is November 9, 2021. <br />The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner o' Bryan , <br />and seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E. Flescher <br />AYE <br />Vice -Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan <br />AYE <br />Commissioner Susan Adams <br />AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph H.
