Al Webber, Deputy Clerk, asked the Board to authorize payment <br />to the Sheriff from the Fine and Forfeiture Fund for two Bond Estrea- <br />tures ordered set aside by the County Judge on Defendants Victor Wyler, <br />$40.00 and Roy Lee James $75.00. Upon Motion made by Commissioner <br />Waddell, seconded Dy Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, <br />the payment was authorized, and the following Resolution adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus of $40.00 in the Fine and <br />Forfeiture Fund of Indian River County under some items and which surplus <br />exists after payment of all necessary expenditures under such items for <br />the current fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a deficiency in funds necessary to provide <br />for the proper and authorized expenditures under some items in the Fine <br />and Forfeiture Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same fund and <br />the transfer from one item to another item in the same fund and is not a <br />transfer from one fund to another fund; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of <br />$40.00 from some items where there is a surplus to the items where there <br />is a deficiency, according to detailed statement attached, all in the <br />Fine and Forfeiture Fund of the current budget of Indian River County as <br />provided by LAW. <br />Itun to Item Transfer Transfers <br />A/C Name To From <br />921 Refund of Revenue Collected in Prior <br />Year $40.00 <br />9151 Contingencies $40.00 <br />$40.OU $40.00 <br />Tne following letter from Rudy Hubbard Agency was presented to <br />the Bard for consideration, to -wit: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Indsan River County <br />Vnro Beach, Fla. <br />.. Cx,ntlemen: <br />Re: Automobile Liability Coverage <br />We wish to advise that premium for increasing Bodily Injury <br />limits on your automobile liability insurance from 50/100 <br />to 100/200 would be $10.99 for the period of Dec. 19, 1961, <br />to expiration date of present policy which is March 8, 1962.. <br />Premium for increasing Property Damage coverage from $5000. <br />to $10,000. for this same period would be $9.04; or total <br />of $20.03 for both covefages. <br />Premium for one year period on the increased limits of <br />100/200 would be approximately $44.00 more than the 50/100 <br />Bodily Injury limits.
