Johason has not complied with mad fulr <br />filled the requirements of Chapter 205.411, Florida Statutes of 1961, so as <br />to entitle her to a permit for a license to engage in the occupation of <br />palmistry in Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board orders the above mentioned <br />permit denied. <br />Mr. W. H. Dacamara and Mr. Joe E. Rose from Delray Beach appeared <br />before the Board and stated that the sewer plant in pine View park was about <br />250 feet from their property'line and that 450 feet is required by FHA. <br />They are planning to build FHA homes and the sewer plant where it is now <br />located would make several lots unavailable for FHA Financing. The Chairman <br />announced that this was a legal matter and completely out of the jurisdiction <br />of the Board. <br />Al Webber, Deputy Clerk, presented for the Clerk, a cost estimate <br />for tiling the ladies' and men's rooms in the Courthouse. The tiling was <br />ordered tabled until near the end of the fiscal year to determine if there <br />would be enough money available. <br />Al Webber, reported for Mrs. Christensen that Mrs. Scott is no <br />longer under the county welfare care and that Mrs. Scott has a balance of <br />$63.11 due her. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, Mr. Webber was authorized <br />to refund the balance to her. <br />!,ouN 7 pi A47 <br />
