<br />met at the Courthouse?, Voa:o Beach, Florida, in a Special woetine,
<br />held at 8,00 o'clock, A. M., Monday, October 15, 1962. :resent were
<br />Robert W. Gtaves, Chairman, D. B, McC:ullers, Donald P',atcdonaai.d and L.
<br />C Waddell, Absent was J. J. V. Hamilton. Also present. Al ''ebber,
<br />Deputy Clerk.
<br />On motion made by CoaiAssioner Waddell, seconded by Commis-

<br />RESOLUTION
<br />WT.EREAS, Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
<br />Mate of Florida, as Owner, and Netto Construction, Incoa:porated, a
<br />Florida corporation, as Contractor, did on October 1, 1962, eutor into
<br />a building contract calling for the construction by the Contractor for
<br />the Owner of certain additions to the County Jail of Indian River:
<br />County, Florida; and, ,
<br />VHER'EAS, Nelson A..Faerber; the architect who prepared the puns
<br />and specifications for said additions and who; is supervising the con-
<br />structioaa of same= by the Contractor, has recoazended that certain ChaLgea>
<br />b.a made: to said plans and specifications; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, has found. and does find that said changes- in said pi.atts
<br />and spacificatious do not involve a substantial chanbe in the general
<br />plain or character of the construction to be dont: and, further, that
<br />delays, inconvenience and expenses incident to advertising for bids
<br />would be nrnuerous, and,
<br />WHEREAS, said Board has been advised by its attorney that, usaciet
<br />the lair of Florida as declared €ty the suprowe Court of Merida in
<br />rscambia County v, Blount Construction Cotn�:�i s 191 62 So. 650�, it as
