SUPPLALtiNTAL BUILL)ING CONTRACT <br />THIS SUPPI."SNTAL AGR"MENT made this day of <br />her, 1862, by and between NZM CONSTRUCTION, I CORPORATSJ. <br />inafter called the Contractor, and INDIAN MVoB COUNTY, a <br />tical subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter called <br />Owner, <br />VITNSSa.:TH, that the building contract between the Con- <br />tractor and the Owner dated October 1, 1962, bu and it is herewith <br />and hereby changed as follows: <br />1. The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and <br />perform all of the work shown on the drawing entitlud 'Compaction <br />Layout For Vibroflotation" and described in specifications con- <br />tained in a letter dated October 11, 1962, from Vibroflotation <br />Foundation Company, 415 West Magnolia 6treet, Lerritt Island, <br />Florida, to Nelson A. Faerber, Naples, Florida, one copy of such <br />drawing and one copy of such letter being attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof; shall pay up to $200.00 for ten (10) relative den- <br />sity tests above the water table after completion of the foregoing <br />work; and shall establish a new finish grade and a re -layout of <br />the building to be erected. <br />2. The time for completion of the work called for by said <br />building contract dated October 1, 1862, as changed by this sup- <br />plemental. building contract, shall be extended to April 16, 1883. <br />3. The contract -price of $121,060.00, as out forth in said <br />building contract dated October 1, 1962, shall be increased by <br />$6.716.70 to $116,776.70. <br />4. apt " specifically changed herein, the said build - <br />Ing contract dated October 1. 1961, shall remain in full force <br />IA.
