THE STATE OF FLORIDA <br />To honorable Troy E. Noody, Tax Collector of the County of Indian River, <br />You ave hereby commanded to collect out of Lhe real estate and <br />personal property, from each of the persons and corporation8 named in the <br />annexed Intangible Personal Property Assessmsnt Roll, the taxes set down <br />in each roll opposite each name of person, firm or corporation therein <br />described, and in case taxes so imposed are not paid at the gime prescribed <br />by law, you are to collect same by levy and sale of goods and chattels,, <br />lands and tenements of the person, firm or corporation so taxed; and all <br />suits collected for the State. Clinton Walker was duly elected a County Co3la.,issioner <br />of Indian River County, Florida, for a .Four year term beginning in January, <br />1163, and <br />WFEREAS, A. Clinton Walker departed this life on November 23, 1962, <br />before assuming the duties of said office, and <br />AEREAS, this hoard desires to express its fellings of loss and <br />sorrow over the passing of its friend, NOtJ TH R4sFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Hoard of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that said Board does hereby express its feeling of great <br />loss and sorrow over the untimely passing of A. Clinton Balker who would <br />have ,joined said Board had he lived another few weeks. <br />BE IT FURT11ER RESOLVED that said Board does extend to the widow and <br />children of A. Clinton Walker its sincerest sympathy in their bereavement. <br />
