THE STATE OF FLORIDA To honorable Troy E. Noody, Tax Collector of the County of Indian River, You ave hereby commanded to collect out of Lhe real estate and personal property, from each of the persons and corporation8 named in the annexed Intangible Personal Property Assessmsnt Roll, the taxes set down in each roll opposite each name of person, firm or corporation therein described, and in case taxes so imposed are not paid at the gime prescribed by law, you are to collect same by levy and sale of goods and chattels,, lands and tenements of the person, firm or corporation so taxed; and all suits collected for the State. Taxes you are to Uxay to the State Comptroller at such time as may be required by law; and you are further required to sake all collections on or before the first Monday in April; and on or before the first Monday in July you will make a final report to and settlement with the Corptroller and County Commissioners. Clinton Walker departed this life on November 23, 1962, before assuming the duties of said office, and AEREAS, this hoard desires to express its fellings of loss and sorrow over the passing of its friend, NOtJ TH R4sFORE: BE IT RESOLVED By the Hoard of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that said Board does hereby express its feeling of great loss and sorrow over the untimely passing of A. Clinton Balker who would have ,joined said Board had he lived another few weeks. BE IT FURT11ER RESOLVED that said Board does extend to the widow and children of A. Clinton Walker its sincerest sympathy in their bereavement.
