i <br />RESOLUTION f <br />WHEREAS, due notice by publication thereof has been given that <br />the County Assessor of Taxes of Indian River County, Florida, would <br />meet with the Board of County Commissioners on the 1st day of July, <br />1963, and would at such time present the tax assessment roll of said <br />County for the year 1963 for equalization, as will appear by proof of <br />such notice recorded in the minutes of this meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, the County Tax Assessor did <br />meet with the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on the lst day of July, 1963, at the hour of Bon o'clock, A. <br />M., in the office of said Board in the 'Indian River County Courthouse, <br />Vero Beach, Florida, and the Board of County Commissioners has,at said <br />time, convened as a board of equalization for the purpose of examining said <br />roll and of receiving complaints and testimony with regard to the same <br />and with regard to the value of any property, real or personal, as <br />fixed by the County Assessor of Taxes upon said roll; and, <br />WHEREAS, the said Board of County Commissioners, convened as a <br />board of equalization, did continue in session until this meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received such <br />complaints and such testimony offered, if any, and has examined and <br />reviewed said assessment roll and has found it unnecessary to increase <br />the valuation of any property shown thereon and has found such assess- <br />ment roll to be correct; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, does herewith find the tax assessment Poll of <br />said County as presented for the year 1963 to be equal. and just and <br />does herewith approve, ratify and confirm the same. <br />----------------------- <br />Upon motion made seconded and carried, the Board then adjourned <br />sitting as a Board of Equalization, then re -convened in regular session. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />HOK,field and unanimously carried, that the County Attorney take whatever <br />r <br />lock 8 *A29 <br />
