RES-PLUTION <br />The following RODOluti011 was introduced by Cotamisaiallar <br />"IV4 CM'ell , seconded by Commissioner <br />and unanimously carried, <br />WHEREAS, the Board Of County CO=L06iQuOrs Of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did receive and examine and tentatively adopt a proposed budget <br />of exceag receipts and their expendtturen for the fiscal Year ending <br />September 30, 1964, and, <br />WHEREAS, thin Board did cause a summary statemilut thereof to be <br />advertised one time in a newopapar of general circulation publishad in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to wit: in the issue of October 24, 1963, <br />of the Vero Beach press journal, as will more fully appear by proof of <br />publication thereof filed in the minutes of this Board; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did meet at the time and place stated in <br />said advertisement for the purpose of hearing requests (Ind complaints Of <br />the public regarding said Supple-mentill Budget and for tile PurPoue of <br />holding a public hearing and making whatover rOViGlOnG in the budget it <br />may deem necessary; NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tile board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, does herewith tentatively adopt said Sup- <br />plemental Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1964, in the <br />form heretofore tentatively adopted and duly advertised. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Supplemental Budget shell be <br />filed in the Office of the County Auditor as a public record and the <br />Clerk hereof shall transmit two cOP108 Of the Supplemental Budget as <br />adopted to the Comptroller Of the State of Florida end said Supplemental <br />Budget shell be considered an finally adopted and official upon Approval <br />as to form by the Comptroller. <br />C <br />/Aw, 4. / � 4 .9 <br />
