<br />RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING ,AND ABANDONING ALL OF THE STREETS,
<br />ROADS, PLACES, AVENUES, AND RIGHT -O$ -WAYS OF FELLS MANOR, PLATS 1
<br />and 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 73 and 74, OF THE
<br />PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA

<br />WHEREAS, proper petition was filed with the Board of
<br />County Commissioners, pursuant to provisions of Sec.49, Ch. 29965,
<br />Laws of Florida, 1955, to close, vacate, abandon, discontinue,
<br />and eliminate the following:
<br />All of the streets, roads, places, avenues, and
<br />right-of-ways of FELLS MANOR, Plats 1 and 2, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 73 and 74, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, and
<br />WHEREAS, at the Public Hearing held on the 6 day of
<br />Jan a' r 19C 3 the Hon. Thad H. Carlton, attorney,
<br />appeared before the Board and stated sufficient and adequate
<br />reasons to show the Board that there was no need for the said
<br />streets and public right-of-ways as previously dedicated in the
<br />Plat of FELLS MANOR, Plat No. 1 and Plat No. 2, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have determined
<br />that it is to the best interest of the County to waive and
<br />relinquish any rights that the County may have to said roads,
<br />streets, places, avenues or right-of-ways by reason of the
<br />,original dedication of said right-of-ways, streets, roads, avenues,
<br />etcetera,
<br />WHEREAS#' this matter coming on for hearing at this meeting,
<br />the Chairman called for objections thereto, and none were offered,
<br />filed or presented,
