Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 022 <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of August 30, 1995: <br />ru: Members of the Board <br />Of County Commissioners <br />DATE: August 30, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 022 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDTITONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />1 • All inhouse engineering and inspection costs for Indian River Blvd were charged to the <br />Transportation Operating fund. The attached entry allocates the costs back to Indian <br />River Blvd. capital project fund. Since approximately 70% of the Transportation Fund <br />revenues in 1994/95 comes from taxing funds, their contribution will be reduced <br />accordingly: <br />Phase 111 <br />$66,306 <br />Phase IV, <br />$11011008 <br />41st and 45th Street <br />$29,761 <br />TOTAL <br />$206,075 <br />2. The attached entry reallocates the Half Cent Sales Tax revenue among the Refund and <br />Improvement Fund, General Fund and M.S.T.U.. <br />3. The attached entry properly reallocates the Property Appraisers budget to the taxing <br />districts. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget amendment <br />022. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously, by a 4-0 <br />vote (Chairman Macht being absent), approved <br />Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 022, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 1995 3 <br />
