.2;917 <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />ftiver County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows: <br />1. That Wabasso Development Company, A -Florida corporation, and <br />Elmer B. Beason and Adelaide Frances Benson, his wife, filed a Petition before this <br />Board on the 5th day of June, 1963, at a meeting of said Board, requesting this <br />Board to adopt a Resolution closing, vacating and abandoning the road or street and <br />renouncing and relinquishing the rights of Indian River County, Florida, or the <br />public in and to all that part of a street, road and highway on, along and over a parcel <br />of land located in Indian River County, Florida, described as follows: <br />A part of a street known as Orange Street as shown on <br />Weona Park Subdivision as shown in Plat Book 2, page <br />17, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that part being the area lying between the <br />right-of-way of new State Road N5 and old State <br />Road #5, <br />2. That this Board has published Notice thereof one time in the <br />Vero Beach Press -Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River <br />County, Florida, said publication being published at least two weeks prior to the <br />date stated therein for such public hearing, <br />3. That said road, street and highway on the above described land <br />is not a State or Federal road maintained by the State of Florida and that said street, <br />road or highway delineated on said recorded plat is not located within the incorporated <br />limits of any municipality and is located in Indian River County, Florida. <br />4. That said street as here and before described is not now and never <br />been used as a street, road or highway or if ever used for same has been completely <br />abandoned many years previously and chould be of no use to the public whatsoever. <br />5. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,, in the office of said Board <br />i <br />HARM....
