WHEREAS, the area of U. S. Highway t:l ban been to"r lam] <br />between Vero Beach, Florida and Waba€rso, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, after construction tion of this section of road, it <br />has been ascertained that there has not been sufficient crossovers <br />between the north and south lanes of said tours lane road; and <br />WHEREAS, there are citrus droves in this iarm ar iate area <br />and it is necessary for tractor trailer units to make U-turns as <br />they enter the highway which increases traffic hazards on this <br />section of road; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a road which enters U. S. Highway 41 <br />from the east which is Stott Grove Road at Station 558 + 46.33, and <br />it has now become necessary to have a crossover at this point of <br />U. S. #1 between Vero Beach, Florida and Wabaszo.
