RESOLUTION NO. 2021 - A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN EASEMENT (OR PORTION THEREOF) ON LOT 59.0, (THE) LAURELS PHASE III & IV WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 0009.0, of (THE) LAURELS PHASE Iii & IV; and WHEREAS, THE BRUBAKER AND STEPHENSON FAMILY LIVING TRUST the owner of the property, by Carole L. Brubaker and David C. Stephenson as CO -Trustees, has made application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement, or portion thereof; and WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement(s): to release the north four (4) jeei of the south ten (10) fool drainage & utility, easement, less and except any portion of the east and west seven and one-half (7.3) foot drainage & utility easement of Lot 59, The Laurels Phase Ill & IV, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 42 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner _, seconded by Comm issioner , and adopted on the day of 12021, by the following voter Chairman Joseph E.
