County Dumn owned by Indian River County; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the said road has been in existence and used by <br />the general, public since 1959; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County slid construct and build said <br />road running from Old Dixie Highway Westerly and along the South <br />right-of-way line of the South Relief Canal and did further build <br />a road running Southerly as shown on the attached map, running <br />through the SES of. the SW-, of section 13, Township 33 South, Range <br />39 East, and since building the road in 1959, said road has been <br />maintained by authorization of the Hoard of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the road that is specifically involved is shot;gn <br />on the map that is attached to this Resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, said road has been designated, used, established <br />and maintained by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County as a public road for a period of more than five years <br />immediately prior to the time of the adoption of this Resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, the general public has used said road to get into <br />and from the County Dump which is maintained southerly of the above <br />described property, and <br />WHEREAS, A MAP is attached to this Resolution, a copy of <br />which is to be :filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />Of Indian River County, Florida, showing the location of s�jirj goad; <br />'iti' <br />:4ik , ti 1 1 A <br />OFFICIAL <br />
