Redistricting Process <br />Using Districting GIS software, each of the <br />County's 4,000 Census Blocks were assigned <br />to a Distr ct. <br />2. District Population totals and deviations from the <br />Target Population were instantly recalculated by <br />tl-e software. <br />3 When poaulation deviations were under 3% for <br />all districts, the remaininc criteria were checked. <br />4 Final proposals are reviewed to confirm that the <br />pr000sed boundaries meet Redistricting Criteria. <br />
