SECTION 00610 - Public Construction Bond <br />INSTRUCTION FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND <br />The front or cover page to the required public construction payment and performance bond shall <br />contain the information required by Fla. Stat. 255.05(1)(a), and be substantially in the format <br />shown on the first page following this instruction. <br />The Public Construction Bond shall be in the form suggested by Fla.
