BOOK 95 Pu400 t! <br />ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LAND ACQUISITION BOND <br />Administrator Chandler announced the Environmentally Sensitive <br />Land Acquisition Bond millage reflected on TRIM notices is .3069 <br />and explained that the rollback does not apply as this is the first <br />year for this voted debt service. The proposed Environmentally <br />Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond Budget is $1,677,228. <br />The Vice Chairman opened the public hearing on the <br />Environmentally Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Doyle Vernon hoped the congress will change the environmental <br />standards to incorporate more common sense. <br />The Vice Chairman determined that no one else wished to be <br />heard and thereupon closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously, by a 4-0 <br />vote (Chairman Macht being absent), approved the <br />tentative millage rate of .3069 for the <br />Environmentally Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond for <br />Fiscal Year 1995/96. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously, by a 4-0 <br />vote (Chairman Macht being absent), approved the <br />tentative budget of $1,677,228 for' the <br />Environmentally Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond for <br />Fiscal Year 1995/96. <br />AGGREGATE <br />Administrator Chandler announced the proposed Aggregate <br />millage is 7.0816 which is 6.43% above the rollback millage of <br />6.6539. The total County budget is $142,082,064, an increase of <br />$8,923,401 over the current budget of $133,158,663. <br />The Vice Chairman opened the public hearing on the Aggregate <br />and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this matter.
