Scope of Work / Services: <br />Based on our understanding of the rules and regulations of the governing agencies, our <br />performance of the work would include the following services and disciplines, as needed and/or <br />required: <br />Task 1— Preliminary Coordination and Agency Pre -Application Meetings (CIV -1) <br />This task includes the below services associated with preliminary coordination and Pre - <br />Application Meetings with the below jurisdictional agencies in preparation for design and <br />permitting phase. <br />1. Project coordination with the f6 --lowing regulatory agencies: <br />a. City of Fellsmere (CoF) <br />b. St. John's River Water Management District (SJRWMD) <br />2. Coordination with Client and IRC prior to meeting with jurisdictional agencies. <br />3. Development of Conceptual Site Plan layout to be utilized for agency pre -application <br />meetings. <br />4. Preparation of the following pre -application forms and packages and attendance at <br />meetings: <br />a. COF pre -application meeting form <br />b. SJRWMD pre -application meeting form <br />Task 2 — On -Site Civil Desitin & Permitting (CIV -2) <br />This task includes the below services associated with design and permitting of the project. <br />1. Project coordination with the following regulatory agencies: <br />a. City of Fellsmere (COF) <br />b. Indian River County (IRC) <br />C. Indian River Farms Water Control District (IRFWCD) <br />d. Sebastian River Improvement District (SRID) <br />e. St. John's River Water Management District (SJRWMD) <br />f. Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) <br />2. Project coordination and review of the required boundary, topographic, and tree survey. It <br />is understood that the existing ccnditions survey will be contracted by Client and provided <br />by others to MBV in both CAD and hard copy formats to be utilized in the design of the <br />project. The cost of survey work has not been included in this proposal. <br />
