The contract has allocated 150 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this <br />project and 180 calendar days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the <br />Agreement the date of Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final <br />payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br />insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br />approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br />work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br />obtained and approved.
