This addendum must be acknowledged where indicated on the bid form, or the bid may be <br />declared non-responsive. <br />Questions and Answers <br />1. Which valve boxes are to be adjusted and which are to be replaced. Utilities staff clarified that <br />the Bid item for valve box adjustments are for those boxes outside of the Mill/ Resurface area. <br />The Bid item for valve box replacements are those which are within the Mill/ Resurface area. <br />2. What is the depth of the water line? The water line depth shall be assumed to be a minimum of 3 <br />feet. <br />
