Predesign and Programming <br />i. Establish project objectives and goals in conjunction with client's operational <br />staff, client's committee, and design team <br />ii. Client information review, to be used for design development <br />iii. Review and become familiar with architectural drawings <br />iv. Review and become familiar with the available space <br />v. Provide conceptual drawings outlining the flow and space relationships for the <br />food service areas <br />vi. Develop block schematic diagrams based on the approved conceptual <br />drawings. drawing to be a scale that appropriately depicts critical design <br />elements. <br />vii.
